Writing effective answers in CBSE board exams can be challenging, but with the right approach and preparation, you can improve your chances of scoring high marks. Here are a few tips to help you write impactful answers in CBSE board exams:

The extra 15 minutes provided before the start of the exams should be used wisely. Divide all the questions into 3 categories based on your level of confidence.

Remember that you do not have to attempt questions in any particular sequence. You can attempt questions in any order that you prefer. Just ensure that you write the section and question number clearly before writing the answer.

2. Attempt question in the right order

Underline keywords in the answer but make sure not to overdo them as it may reduce the clarity of your answer.

3. Underline important words

If a student has attempted both choices in an 'OR' question, then the examiner will not consider the first question. They will grade only the second question. Hence, attempt only one question in this type of question set.

4. Answer only one question in 'or' questions

Whenever you need to cut a word or an answer, just draw a line with your pen over that text/word. Avoid scribbling or scratching as it will make your answer sheet look messy and unclean
