As per dietician Mac Singh, Jamun helps in improving blood haemoglobin levels, aids in weight loss and is diabetic-friendly.
The jamun shot recipe requires three ingredients: 250 gm of jamun, ½ tsp of black salt, and 1 tsp of lemon juice.
To prepare the jamun shot - chop and deseed the jamun, blend it with black salt and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
Serve it in shot glass. Mint can be added for additional flavour, if desired.
