PM Modi is an ardent follower of yoga. "Practising Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years and I have found it beneficial," he had tweeted once.

The PM also practises yoga nidra once or twice a week, he had tweeted. "It furthers overall well-being, relaxes the mind, reduces stress and anxiety."

"I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises," Modi had tweeted in 2018.

PM Modi is a vegetarian and his diet involves a lot of fruits and vegetables. He also completes his breakfast by 9 am in the morning.
