Should one skip meat products?

She pointed out points in her series on Instagram of busting dietary myths. According to her these are a few tips to follow if you eat meat:

Dont skip if it's a part of your traditional food culture.

But if you are vegetarian you don't need to switch to eating meat for protein, B12 or other nutrients.

Eat meat as per time tested sustainable practices, i.e. eat only few times a week and eat with vegetables, grains, pulses, etc.
