The AIFF chief emphasised a “time-based plan” for Indian soccer

In order to create and carry out a “time-based plan” for Indian football, Kalyan Chaubey, president of the AIFF, emphasised the significance of having a conversation and coming up with answers.
In order to create and put into action a “time-based plan” for Indian Football, All India Football Federation (AIFF) President Kalyan Chaubey emphasised the significance of collaboration and problem-solving on Sunday.

“Given the diversity of India, any recommendations for improving football must be tailored to our needs. There isn’t a straightforward explanation for that. In order to find practical solutions for our own football-related problems, it is crucial that we engage in inclusive dialogues “Says Chaubey.

The newly-elected AIFF president Chaubey was speaking at the three-day third edition of the Global Soccer Conclave in Mumbai, which was organised by sports technology leaders Tech Mahindra, Amazon, the Government of Odisha, the FICCI, and Sportz Next.

The process will be facilitated by AIFF, which will also develop a time-based roadmap to ensure the empowerment of the football ecosystem in each state, he continued. “Youth development, high-caliber human resources, and most importantly accountability can finally provide winning performance both inside and outside the field.”

The newly chosen committee, according to Chaubey, has the requisite expertise to meet the difficulties and get where they’re going.

“Although there may be difficult obstacles to overcome, the newly chosen committee is equipped with the skills needed to do so. There are no quick fixes for the issues. But I can guarantee that there will be workable answers, and they will have an impact. I can guarantee you that we have already begun to go in that direction by forming a number of powerful committees to offer the answers we seek, “he stated.
