The 20-20-20 rule:

Once every 20 minutes, glance away at anything 20 feet away for 20 seconds to avoid digital gadget strain. This approach, along with the others, can greatly reduce eye fatigue.

Eye Roll:

Ocular strain and pain can be greatly reduced by gradually rolling eyelids in one direction and then back again.
