There is no denying the fact that the biggest asset of any organisation is its employees, those people who work hard day and night in order to make the business a success. However, very rarely do we get to see such employees getting awarded in an Indian company because many Indian business owners feel that they are already paying salary to the employees, which is more than enough so they don’t need any extra awards.
Well, MK Bhatia, owner and chairman of Panchkula based pharma company, MitsKart thinks on a different line and recently he gifted Tata Punch cars to 12 of his employees who have been in the company since its start and one of these employees is an office helper.
Some videos are going viral in which MK Bhatia is seen standing with his employees unveiling the car and handing over the keys to them.
While talking to mediapersons, Mr. Bhatia said that these employees have played an important role in the success of the company and he also revealed that from last year, he has started calling them as celebrities and stars.
Though the cars were gifted one month back, the video is getting viral now which has left Mr. Bhatia also a little surprised.
