The celebrity couple Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani shocked their fans by announcing their separation after 11 years of marriage. There were rumours of trouble in Esha and Bharat’s paradise and the rumours got strengthened when Bharat didn’t attend her mother-in-law Hema Malini’s birthday party plus he was also missing from Esha Deol’s birthday celebrations.
Esha and Bharat have issued a joint statement in which they have stated that their decision of getting separated is mutual, they will continue to co-parent their daughters, Radhya (6 yrs) and Miraya (4 yrs) and they have also requested privacy.
The joint statement read, “We have mutually and amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children is and will be of utmost importance to us. We’d appreciate our privacy is respected.”
Esha Deol is daughter of veteran actor Dharmendra and his second wife, Hema Malini and she also has a sister, Ahana Deol.
