The beautiful actress Munmun Dutta who plays the character of Babitaji in the serial, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is currently all over the news as some reports are doing rounds which suggest that she has got engaged to actor Raj Anadkat.
Raj Anadkat used to play the character of Jethalal Gada’s son Tappu but he left the show in December 2022. The rumours of Munmun and Raj’s link-up did rounds many times when they were working on the show together but both of them denied it straightaway.
The big gap of 9 years between both of them is also a topic of discussion among fans as Munmun is 36 yrs old and Raj is 27 yrs.
A source told an entertainment portal that Munmun and Raj got engaged in a private ceremony outside Mumbai. The source revealed, “The engagement took place just a few days back. The two apparently exchanged rings in Vadodara (Gujarat). Munmun and Raj’s families have accepted their relationship and they were also present at the ceremony. They have been dating ever since Raj joined Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It was very evident. Everyone on the sets knew about it. In fact, some people were certain that Munmun and Raj would get married eventually. Therefore, it is not shocking that they are engaged now.”
Well, there has been no announcement from either side in this regard because of which nothing can be said with confirmation.
