Shaitaan box office collection: In only six days, Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, and Jyotika’s supernatural thriller brought in around ₹75 crore from India.
Box office receipts for Shaitaan: Ajay Devgn’s paranormal thriller has crossed the ₹100 crore mark worldwide. On Tuesday, the fifth day, Shaitaan achieved the milestone, according to a report. According to a report on Wednesday, its sixth day in India, Shaitaan added around ₹6.25 crore to its collection, bringing its total to ₹74 crore nett in India based on initial projections.
Shaitaan’s total earnings at the box office
Shaitaan made about ₹80 crore in India and an estimated ₹20 crore abroad in five days. It’s the third Hindi film to achieve the milestone this year, following Fighter starring Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone and Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. It’s also the sixth Indian film of 2024 to break the ₹100 crore worldwide gross history.
Jyotika’s debut film, worth ₹100 crore
Shaitaan, following Drishyam 2 and Bholaa, is Ajay Devgn’s third straight film in the post-Covid-19 era to break the 100 million mark at the worldwide box office, according to the portal. In longer parts, he has also appeared in hits like RRR and Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Shaitaan is the first ₹100 crore film for Jyotika, who made her Bollywood comeback after more than 20 years, and R Madhavan’s third film in the esteemed club. Following the release of Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30, director Vikas Bahl also achieved his second ₹100 crore grosser.
India’s collection by Shaitaan
Shaitaan launched at ₹14.75 nett on Friday in India, according to the portal, and made ₹18.75 crore nett on Saturday. The film’s net income on Sunday was about ₹20 crore. Shaitaan brought in ₹7.25 crore nett on its first Monday. The horror-thriller brought in around ₹6.25 crore nett on Wednesday and ₹6.5 crore nett on Tuesday.

Krishnadev Yagnik is the writer and director of the 2023 Gujarati horror film Vash, which has been adapted into Hindi as Shaitaan.
