Quite a few movies and serials have been made on the Hindu epic Ramayana but none of them have been capable of impressing the audiences like Ramanand Sagar directed Ramayana in which Arun Govil and Deepika Chikhalia played the characters of Bhagwan Ram and Maa Sita, respectively.
Now one more moviemaker, Nitesh Tiwari is making a movie on Ramayan, while Ranbir Kapoor has been signed to play the character of Ram, Sai Pallavi will be portraying Mata Sita and KGF fame Yash will play the character of Ravan. As per the reports, Sunny Deol will be a part of the movie as he will play the character of Hanuman, Bobby Deol will be Kumbhkarna and Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the role of Vibhishana.
The sets for the movie have been made in Mumbai and the shooting has started, however some fans are a little angry as the photos of Arun Govil who is playing the character of Raja Dashrath and Lara Dutta (Kaikeyi) have leaked.
Fans are requesting the director to ban mobile phones on the sets otherwise photos will keep getting viral and exclusivity will be lost.
