Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda, has revealed that they mostly live separately despite being married for decades. While she resides in a flat with their children, Govinda stays in a bungalow located just opposite the apartment. Sunita admitted that her sense of security in the marriage has changed, and she no longer feels as assured as she once did.
In an interview, Sunita explained the living arrangement, sharing that their bungalow is directly across from the flat where she stays with their son and daughter. She described how Govinda often returns late from meetings, as he enjoys socializing and frequently spends time chatting with friends. Meanwhile, she prefers a quieter lifestyle and rarely engages in long conversations, believing that excessive talking drains energy.
Sunita also expressed disappointment over the lack of romance in their relationship, emphasizing that Govinda’s work commitments have kept him too busy for personal time together. She revealed that she has even told him she doesn’t wish for him to be her husband in their next life. Sunita described herself as someone who enjoys simple pleasures like going out with her husband and eating street food, yet Govinda’s constant work schedule has left little room for such moments. She recalled not being able to remember a single instance when they went out together for a movie, highlighting the emotional distance in their relationship.
