In a recent interview, Ayushmann Khurranna shared insights into his childhood, emphasizing his father’s pivotal role in building his confidence. While acknowledging the generational differences in parenting, he lightheartedly addressed the question of physical discipline, referring to it as a “normal thing” back then.
When asked whether this played a role in his underconfidence, he admitted, “I don’t know, but I became a people pleaser, maybe because of that. I can’t say no.” Despite the tough love, he expressed gratitude for his father’s unwavering commitment to his growth, ensuring he honed his skills in acting, singing, and performing.
