Emirates is set to strengthen its presence across Asia by launching new daily non-stop flights, enhancing connectivity, and offering travellers more seamless options. The airline continues solidifying its position as a global leader in aviation, expanding its footprint with three key routes.
New Routes and Launch Dates
Starting July 1, 2025, Emirates will commence daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen, one of China’s most dynamic economic hubs. This addition marks the airline’s fourth gateway into mainland China, reinforcing its commitment to the region.
Also, Emirates will introduce four weekly services to Da Nang, Vietnam, starting June 2, 2025. This move aligns with Vietnam’s growing tourism and business opportunities, offering better accessibility to the country’s emerging economic and leisure destinations.
Further expanding its Southeast Asian presence, Emirates will launch three weekly flights to Siem Reap, Cambodia, from June 3, 2025. These flights will operate via Bangkok, providing excellent connectivity for travellers visiting the historic and culturally rich city, home to the world-famous Angkor Wat.
Strengthening Global Connectivity
With the addition of Shenzhen, Da Nang, and Siem Reap, Emirates is leading the way with the most diverse route network among non-Asian airlines in East Asia. The airline now operates 269 weekly flights from Dubai to 24 regional destinations, offering passengers more choices and seamless connections.
Enhancing Trade and Tourism
Emirates’ expansion coincides with the landmark Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the UAE and Vietnam, which aims to bolster bilateral trade and commercial collaboration. The airline’s decision to introduce Da Nang as its third Vietnamese destination comes at a strategic time, supporting both business and tourism growth.
