The Vivo V60 is scheduled to arrive in India shortly, and a source has now stated that it could be released in the coming weeks, along with a version of the company’s software that was previously exclusive to China. According to earlier leaks, the Vivo V50’s replacement is expected to include a 6.67-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 CPU. Additionally, a 6,500mAh battery with 90W charging capabilities is anticipated for the Vivo V60.
According to X tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd), the Vivo V60 is set to make its debut in India on August 19. According to the informant, the phone will launch in the nation together with OriginOS, which is based on Android 16. Up until now, the company’s smartphones have come with FuntouchOS on the outside rather than the OriginOS skin that Chinese users can have.
It’s essential to note that Vivo has not yet released any details about the Vivo V60. It recently appeared with model number V2511 on the SIRIM and TUV websites. The phone was supposed to allow 90W rapid charging, according to the listing. Upgrades over the current Vivo V50 model are probably in the works.
