Amrita Pandey, an actor from Bhojpuri films, was discovered dead at her Bhagalpur, Bihar, residence. She sent out a final statement via a WhatsApp status update.
On April 27, Bhagalpur, Bihar, resident Amrita Pandey, a performer from Bhojpuri, was found dead. The police believe she committed suicide.
While not finding a suicide note, the authorities did find a mysterious WhatsApp status that she had made prior to her passing. It said, “His/her life was sailing on two boats, I made their journey easy by sinking mine. Do naav me savaar thi uski zindagi, humne apni naav duba ke uska safar aasaan kar diya.”
According to the actor’s family members, she was nervous and upset over not getting enough work. She and her spouse, animation engineer Chandramani Jhangad, resided in Mumbai. On April 18, they went to her sister’s wedding in Bhagalpul. Amrita stayed there after the ceremony, but her husband went home.
On Instagram, she also sent well wishes for her spouse and sister. In her post, she wished for a happy married life and offered her congratulations to both of you. She also uploaded a photo of herself wearing a bridal gown five days prior. In their comments on her most recent post, her fans have expressed surprise at her passing.
Amrita Pandey appeared with Bhojpuri actor Khesari Lal Yadav in the film Deewanapan. She has also performed in online series, TV programmes, and Hindi films.
