With Salman Khan unavailable for Weekend Ka Vaar due to the Maharashtra CM’s oath ceremony, choreographer-director Farah Khan took over hosting duties for Bigg Boss 18 this week. Known for her no-nonsense attitude, Farah brought a fresh dynamic to the show, addressing controversies and calling out contestants on their behavior.
In a recent promo, Farah Khan is seen confronting Rajat Dalal over his behaviour in the house. Rajat, who has been accused of unnecessarily involving himself in the personal matters of female contestants, was firmly reprimanded by Farah.
“Rajat, tere ko Bigg Boss ne zimmedaari nahi di hai saari ladkiyon ki raksha karne ki,” she said, expressing her frustration at his actions. When Rajat attempted to justify himself by citing values taught by his family, Farah quickly retorted, questioning whether the families of other contestants had taught them otherwise.
Farah went a step further by asking the female housemates if they needed Rajat’s protection. None of them raised their hands, prompting her to issue a stern warning: “If one more time there is a physical fight, you will be out.”

During the session, Farah also extended her support to Karan Veer Mehra, calling him the “most targeted contestant” of the season. Comparing him to late actor Siddharth Shukla, who faced similar challenges in his season but went on to win, Farah said, “This is not Bigg Boss 18; it’s the Karan Veer Mehra show.”
Her comments highlighted the struggles Karan has faced in the house, as well as his resilience in dealing with repeated conflicts and group dynamics.
