Bollywood actor Govinda and his nephew, comedian Krushna Abhishek, have finally resolved their long-standing differences. The two were seen hugging and making amends on The Great Indian Kapil Show, marking an end to their seven-year rift.
Govinda’s daughter, Tina Ahuja, recently shared insights into the family’s evolving relationships. Speaking to an entertainment portal, Tina acknowledged that the situation was previously “toxic” but expressed relief at the current state of harmony.
“It was kind of toxic. I will not lie, and I’ve even told Arti [Singh] about this. I always try to stay away from such matters. To be honest, I’m very happy in my life and prefer not to speak about these issues. I feel it’s all in the past now, and things are good, decent, and respectful,” she said.
Govinda and Krushna Abhishek’s strained relationship had been a topic of public discussion for years. Their differences were so pronounced that Krushna previously avoided appearing on episodes of The Kapil Sharma Show featuring Govinda and his wife, Sunita.
The first signs of reconciliation came earlier this year when Govinda attended the wedding of Krushna’s sister, Arti Singh. Sunita, however, chose to skip the event and has not yet commented on the family’s truce.
