After “De De Pyaar De’s” popularity, Ajay Devgn is scheduled to make a comeback in the follow-up. The announcement of ‘De De Pyaar De 2’, directed by Luv Ranjan, was made on March 13. It remains to be seen who will play the key female parts in the sequel, as Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh did in the first film.
The release date for the 2019 movie “De De Pyaar De” has been revealed. On May 1, 2025 which also happens to be a long weekend as it is both International Labour Day and Maharashtra Day “De De Pyaar De 2” will be released. The film’s production will begin in June 2024. Anshul Sharma will direct the picture, which will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar of T-Series, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg of Luv Films.
In contrast, ‘De De Pyaar De’ began sluggishly in 2019 before picking up speed. In the Hindi belt, the movie made a total of Rs 103.64 crore.
The project will star Ajay Devgn as the lead actor. His most recent film, “Shaitaan,” debuted to a mixed reception but is doing well at the box office. His upcoming film, “Maidaan,” is slated to compete at the box office with “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” starring Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar.
