Randeep Hooda is all set to deliver his most terrifying performance yet in the upcoming crime action thriller Jaat. The makers recently unveiled the first-look poster featuring Randeep, and it’s a blood-soaked spectacle that promises a chilling transformation. This time, he steps into the shoes of Ranatunga, a ruthless gangster who is primed for a brutal face-off with none other than Sunny Deol in what is expected to be a high-intensity battle of power and vengeance.
Renowned for his deeply immersive roles, Randeep Hoodia has portrayed numerous complex characters throughout his career. However, he admits that Ranatunga is a beast of an entirely different kind.
“I’ve played dark and layered characters before, but Ranatunga is pure evil. He’s violent, unhinged, and operates with a kind of brutality that even shocked me while performing it. Jaat is a film that dives into a world of raw, unapologetic crime, and my character sits at the center of that storm. I think our director Gopichand Malineni was so very clear about how he envisioned this character, and I completely took on what he has imagined for this role,” Randeep shared.
With such an ominous presence in the film, fans are eagerly awaiting to see just how far Randeep pushes the boundaries of villainy. Jaat is shaping up to be a gripping tale of crime, power, and unfiltered brutality, with a showdown that is bound to leave audiences on the edge of their seats.
