Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna are gearing up for their next big project, Chhava, a historical drama backed by Maddock Films.
Known for delivering hit horror comedies like Stree, Munjya, and Bhediya, the production house has successfully worked with stars like Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Sharvari Wagh. While Vicky Kaushal has showcased his versatility across various genres, he has yet to step into the world of horror-comedy.
With anticipation surrounding Chhava, the actor recently addressed whether he would be open to joining Maddock’s thriving horror-comedy universe. Having made his mark with intense action films like URI: The Surgical Strike and heartwarming romantic comedies such as Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, Kaushal revealed his enthusiasm for exploring new territory.
Expressing his interest in taking on a horror-comedy, he shared that it remains one of the few genres he has yet to attempt. He acknowledged Maddock Films’ expertise in crafting successful films in this space and admitted that if the right opportunity presented itself, he would love to be a part of it.
