“We Will Do Everything”, Rohit Sharma Makes Big Statement Regarding Champions Trophy 2025

Indian men’s cricket team captain Rohit Sharma has expressed his determination to lead his team to victory in the 2025 edition of the ICC Champions Trophy.

Scheduled to take place from February 19 to March 9, the tournament marks the return of the prestigious event after an eight-year hiatus. Due to ongoing political tensions between India and Pakistan, Team India will not travel to Pakistan for their matches. Instead, they will play their fixtures in Dubai.

India’s campaign will kick off on February 20 with a match against Bangladesh. The much-anticipated clash against Pakistan is set for Sunday, February 23, promising a high-voltage encounter. The team’s final Group A match is slated for March 2 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, where they will face New Zealand.

Speaking at the 50th-anniversary celebration of Mumbai’s iconic Wankhede Stadium on Sunday, January 19, Rohit shared his aspirations for the tournament. He emphasized his team’s commitment to giving their all to secure the trophy and bring it back to Wankhede, a venue deeply cherished in Indian cricket history.
