A mother in Massachusetts, US, felt handing her five-year-old daughter her cellphone would help her daughter relax in the car as they drove home. Jessica Nunes, on the other hand, overestimated her daughter’s capacity to surf Amazon for her favourite goods and really embark on an online buying spree.
Last month, Lila used her mother’s Amazon account to purchase items totaling $3,000 (Rs 2.47 lakh). Her shopping basket included toys and ten pairs of cowgirl boots.
According to her mother, the small child used the Amazon app to choose her toys and boots and then hit “Purchase Now.”
Fortunately, the woman was able to cancel half of the motorbike orders as well as the cowgirl boots. The youngster is likely to have already received the remaining five bikes and a two-seater children’s Jeep. Nunes is not chastising her daughter for making a large internet purchase without her authorization
