Umbergaon is a town with a municipality in Valsad district in the state of Gujarat. The Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has been created originally for securing the methodical establishment and development of industries in industrial zones and industrial estates in Gujarat. Ketan Mehta is an experienced businessman. He is an engineer by qualification. He has started his organization to develop many industrial parks for the betterment of all sizes of business and corporate houses, especially helping the MSME’s, SME’s in developing their industrial property. His experience of his own.
He had helped about 100 plus companies in setting up their project in this region in particular. Also because of the friendly approach of the Government has overwhelmed Ketan so much so that he decided to enter into an MoU with Gujarat State Govt.
This was done in the Vibrant Gujarat global summit 2019. His group has also an ongoing project worth Rs.30 crores. AMIDRASHTI ALLIANCE, the subsidiary Co. of UIDC is the foremost organization to be enlisted under Private Developer Policy which is an umbrella Scheme for Financial Assistance by Govt. of Gujarat. It had been created for the development of Mini Industrial estate for MSEs. Furthermore, UIDC has help Govt. of Gujarat earn revenue of about Rs.150 crores in terms of tax till date. Starting his undertaking in early 2008, Ketan Mehta has effectively developed Industrial estates in Umbergaon. Known as “Umbergaon Industrial Park” the real estate property has been developed in two phases. While there are over 45 units in the first phase, which is operational to the full capacity, the second phase has 168 units with a floor plan of a G+3 building. Bank of Baroda has approved all his projects.

4. Industrial N.A plots – Plot area ranging from 3000 sq.mtr to 50 Acres for MSME.
5. Industrial Gala -UIDC offers heavy Industrial Galas with configurations ranging from 500 sq. ft onwards.
