Ministry of Science recognised Vikas Ecotech to build NABL accredited research facility

Vikas Ecotech, a well-known supplier of high-end speciality chemicals, has made plans to establish a top-notch research facility that satisfies international requirements and receives NABL accreditation. Notably, the Ministry of Science & Technology’s Department of Scientific and Industrial Research has recognized the company’s internal research and development (R&D) unit.

By introducing top-tier scientific laboratory equipment, the new lab will improve its research capacity. A new facility is being built with the intention of fostering a vibrant research environment that promotes multidisciplinary cooperation and fosters innovation.

It is important to note that the projected National Research Foundation would get funding of Rs 2000 crore from the Union Budget 2023–24 to enhance India’s research capacity. The foundation is being established to aid India’s capacity for research.

The Delhi-based firm said in a statement that it has also created TPV compound, a cutting-edge material that complies with the exacting FR-V0 (Flame Retardant V) criteria. The corporation stated that it is devoted to pushing innovation and redefining industry standards.

According to a media source from last month, the recycling industry giant hopes to be debt-free by the fiscal year 2023–2024. It has so far paid lenders Rs 98.2 crore as part of a debt reduction scheme.

In addition to recycling, this company also manufactures speciality polymers for use in a variety of industries, including packaging, automotive, electrical, and infrastructure. By producing steel pipes and MDPE (medium-density polyethylene) pipes, the company is also broadening its range of commercial endeavors.
