Man Gives His SUV A Creative Touch By Modifying Its Name, Ends Up Paying Rs 500 Fine

In the modern times, people are becoming very creative as now they have social media platforms to gain recognition and get appreciated as well but sometimes in a bid to increase their following, some people tend to cross the limits and even break the law.

Recently, a photo of a vehicle is going viral on the Internet but the owner of the vehicle got fined Rs. 500 by the UP Police.

Let us tell you about the whole incident in detail, an owner of the Sport Utility Vehicle, Tata Punch added ‘Sir’ in the prefix of the vehicle name and ‘Ji’ in the suffix which made it read, ‘SirPunchJi’ (head of the village) and along with it he wrote his caste, ‘Gurjar’.

He uploaded the photo on the social media platforms and as the image went viral, it was noticed by the Greater Noida Traffic Police which got in action quickly and slapped a fine of Rs. 500 on the vehicle owner, Sandeep Bhati.

The reason behind imposing this fine was the order given by the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in which he said, “People are often seen displaying their castes on the vehicles’ registration number plates and windshields. Sometimes they put up additional display boards in the front area of their vehicles to display their caste. The chief minister has directed to stop such practices.”

That was quite creative but the law should not be broken, agree?
