MS Dhoni Files Case Against Former Business Partners After Loss Of Rs. 15 Crore

MS Dhoni, the former Indian cricketer is always in news, mostly because of cricket, IPL, his collections of bikes, etc. but recently he made news because of a criminal case that he has filed against two people.

As per the reports, a criminal case has been filed against two officials of a sports management company, Aarka Sports Management as they haven’t honored the cricket academy deal which was signed in 2017.

The name of the two officials is Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash and it is being said that in 2017, Diwakar signed a deal with Dhoni for running a cricket academy globally but he hasn’t followed the terms which were written in agreement. As per the agreement, Aarka Sports Company was supposed to pay franchise fee and share the profits but they didn’t honor the agreement despite repeated reminders which compelled MS Dhoni to revoke the authority letter on 15th Aug 2021.

MS Dhoni’s lawyer Dayanand Singh said that MS Dhoni has been cheated and has incurred losses more than Rs. 15 crore in this case.
