The celebrity couple Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani announced their decision of divorce earlier this month but many people from the industry had an idea that things are not going well between the couple as Bharat didn’t attend the birthday party of his mother-in-law, Hema Malini.
They got married in 2012 and have two daughters – Radhya (6 yrs) and Miraya (4 yrs) and they have stated in their statement that their decision is mutual.
However, as per the reports, the news of divorce didn’t surprise anyone in the family. A source revealed, “It was brewing for a while. Esha and her husband had decided to part ways for some time now. They were just waiting for the right time to announce their separation. Now that it is out of the way, Esha is trying to move on with her life.”
The source further said that senior actress Hema Malini is supporting her daughter completely, the source said, “She is certainly not commenting on her daughter’s decision to divorce her husband. It is Esha’s life and Hemaji will not meddle. She never has. She is with her daughter now, as she has always been. But Hemaji is not accountable for her daughter’s actions.”
