The fifth test match between India and England is currently being played at Dharamshala and once again the Indian top order has put up a great performance as India has scored 376/3 till now in their first innings in response to 218 runs scored by the England team in their first innings.
The youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal is in sublime form of his life and in this test match, he played a superb knock of 57 runs for which he faced only 58 deliveries and his innings included 5 fours & 3 sixes. With this innings, he crossed the 700 runs mark in a series and broke Virat Kohli’s record of maximum runs in a series against England. Virat Kohli scored 655 runs against England in the 2016-17 series and Yashasvi also became the second Indian cricketer after Sunil Gavaskar to score more than 700 runs in a test series.
