Rajeev Juneja, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Mankind Pharma, recently shared insights on a podcast about the significance of selecting the right celebrity to represent a brand. Mankind Pharma, known for its popular products like Manforce Condoms and Prega News, has worked with renowned names such as Sunny Leone, Kartik Aaryan, and Anushka Sharma to promote its brands.
During the conversation, Rajeev was asked if there was any celebrity he would like to bring on board as a brand ambassador, someone he hadn’t collaborated with yet. Without hesitation, he named Janhvi Kapoor, calling her the “best choice” for endorsing a condom brand.
When asked about a male counterpart, he mentioned Ranbir Kapoor. However, he revealed that both actors had previously declined offers to be associated with the Manforce Condoms brand.
Apart from Janhvi kapoor and Ranbir kapoor, Rajeev also spoke highly of Lakshya Lalvani, predicting a bright future for the young actor in the entertainment industry. He further discussed the brand’s transition in ambassadors, recalling how Sunny Leone was long associated with Manforce Condoms after her stint in Bigg Boss. In 2023, the brand made a strategic decision to rope in Kartik Aaryan as its new face. Explaining the shift, Rajeev stated that the goal was to appeal more to the male demographic, making Kartik the ideal choice.
