For him, it’s all about staying within a daily calorie limit while still enjoying the flavours he grew up with. Growing up in Karnataka, he has a soft spot for dosa, and he often pairs it with four eggs prepared in whichever style he feels like that morning—anything from a classic omelette to a hearty bhurji.
