On Wednesday, a 33-year-old mother is said to have jumped from the 16th floor of her Greater Noida flat, killing herself and her 6-month-old baby.
A huge crash from Tower 2 at La Residentia Society was reported late at night. The mom and her daughter were discovered to be lying in a pool of blood when the society guards arrived on the scene. Before they could be brought to the hospital, both had already passed away from their wounds.
When the police arrived and took possession of the remains for a post-mortem, the security personnel alerted them. The Bishrakh area police station was in charge of the situation as a whole.
