Celebrated director Siddharth P. Malhotra, who is most known for his work on the films “We Are Family” and “Hichki,” is about to make his directorial debut on OTT with “Maharaj,” This will be Junaid Khan, Aamir Khan’s son, making his Bollywood debut. On the Instagram page of OTT streamer Netlfix and Siddharth, the project’s first poster was shown. The first look, which features Jaideep Ahlawat and Junaid Khan, has gone popular on the internet.
The filmmaker posted the poster to Instagram along with the caption, “A fearless journalist and a powerful man fighting for the truth.” On June 14, Maharaj—a film based on real events—will be available exclusively on Netflix! Vipul Mehta wrote the screenplay for Maharaj, while Sohail Sen composed the music. Maharaj is being presented by Yash Raj Films. Release date of the movie is June 14, 2024.
