Actress Jaswir Kaur Shocked As Actor Vikas Sethi Passes Away At 48 Due To Cardiac Arrest

Actor Vikas Sethi, widely recognized for his roles in popular 2000s TV shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Uttaran, and Sasural Simar Ka, passed away on Sunday, September 8, at the age of 48. The actor died in his sleep following a massive cardiac arrest, leaving his colleagues, friends, and fans in deep shock.

Vikas’s sudden demise has left the entertainment industry mourning. Jaswir Kaur, who worked with Vikas on K Street Pali Hill, expressed her disbelief and sorrow upon hearing the news of his passing. She, like many others, was heartbroken by the actor’s unexpected death.

She talked about her association with Vikas Sethi, she said, “It’s really shocking to hear that Vikas is no more. All our friends from the industry are unable to accept this. My heart goes out to his wife and young children. I hope they get the strength to go through this tough time.”

She further added, “I know him as a co-actor and have always had a good time shooting with him. We were also part of the Box Cricket league, which ended five years ago. So, post K Street Pali Hill, we again connected during the league. I always felt he was very sorted as a human being. I didn’t connect with him over calls or messages, but as we live nearby, I would bump into him at times, and that’s how we have met. Every time we met, we spoke to each other in Punjabi.”

Om Shanti.
