Adani Group plans to invest Rs 2 lakh crore over five years to create over 1 lakh jobs in Gujarat’s green energy sector. The investment supports the company’s unique investment strategy and energy transition leadership in India.

The Adani Group would invest Rs 2 lakh crore in Gujarat’s renewable and green energy sectors over five years. Adani said the investment would create over 1 lakh direct and indirect jobs at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024.

The billionaire added that Adani Group’s creative investment approach will lead India’s energy transition. The corporation is spearheading the green energy revolution and tackling climate change with its massive financial investment.

The most comprehensive renewable energy ecosystem and green supply chain for Aatmanirbhar Bharat are being constructed.The conference saw Adani vow to invest over Rs 2 lakh crores in Gujarat over five years.

Adani cited Modi’s economic success when explaining Gujarat’s investment strategy. He said Adani Group invested Rs 50,000 crore of the Rs 55,000 crore authorized at the last summit.

I announced over Rs 55,000 crore in investment by 2025 at the previous summit. Adani: “We have exceeded Rs 50,000 crore across the sectors I promised and our target of 25,000 direct and indirect jobs.”

He added the apples-to-airport group is creating a 25-square-kilometer, 30 GW green energy project in Kutch visible from orbit. Adani said India’s 185% GDP and 165% per capita income rise since 2014 is remarkable given geopolitical and pandemic issues.

India’s high GDP growth and rising per capita income since 2014 led the Adani Group chairman to forecast further interesting developments. Adani informed the audience that Vibrant Gujarat represents PM’s ambition. He praised the summit’s ambition, size, robust governance, and perfect execution. Adani said the meeting triggered a statewide movement as Indian governments compete and cooperate to change the industrial landscape.
