A Thane girl has emerged as a topper in Maharashtra after her UPSC CSE 2022 exam. The story of Kashmira Sankhe is inspiring, as she failed in her first two attempts but never gave up.
A girl from the Thane district of Maharashtra, India, has brought honor to the district by emerging as a topper in the state of Maharashtra and 25th overall in the UPSC CSE 2022 exam. Kashmira Sankhe received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Government Dental College in Mumbai. The aspirant for the UPSC then worked as an assistant dentist at her sister’s clinic while simultaneously studying for the civil services examinations.
Kashmira failed in her first two efforts to make it through the UPSC preliminary examination. But, she breathed a sigh of relief after passing all rounds of the UPSC preliminary examination on her third attempt.
According to sources, the student who came in first place in Maharashtra’s exam plans to pursue a career in the Indian Administrative Service first and the Indian Foreign Service second since she has a strong commitment to the culture of her native state.
