FASTag customers must complete KYC by the deadline to comply with government laws and prevent toll booth hassles.

Online FASTag KYC Update: Easy Steps

Those comfortable with internet methods can update FASTag KYC online quickly and easily. Step-by-step instructions:

Visit the official site: Log in to fastag.ihmcl.com using your registered mobile number.
View your profile. Log in and click "My Profile" from the dashboard.
Go to KYC: Select your client type (individual, corporate, etc.) under the "KYC" section of your profile.
Complete the online form: Be careful to check the declaration box before updating KYC. Provide the required information as instructed on-screen.

Issuing Bank Offline KYC Update

KYC updates can be done offline at your FASTag issuing bank. Bring these documents:

Original and photocopy PAN card
Utility bill, voter ID, etc. for address
Photo ID (passport, driver's license)
A passport photo

Request the FASTag KYC form at the bank, fill it out correctly, and submit it with the appropriate papers. Your bank will check and update your details. After FASTag KYC, you’ll receive email and SMS confirmation.

Get MyFASTag from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Register your FASTag in the app.
Check KYC status with the app after registration.
