Amazon customer gets toothpaste after ordering Rs 19,000 headphones; Watch Video

A man was surprised to receive a Colgate toothpaste after ordering Sony XB910N Wireless headphones from Amazon for Rs 19,000. Customer Yash Ojha posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) about his experience. The video shows Oja unboxing the Amazon box and captioning, “Well I ordered Sony xb910n and got Colgate lmao.” Watch the video below.

Amazon responded quickly to Ojha’s complaint. It read, “Sorry about the wrong item in your order. We can help, so update your DM settings and message us. We consider order/account details personal, so please don’t send them via DM.”

Not for the first time, a man has ordered the wrong product online. Later, the customer said Amazon is investigating. @amazonIN @amazon is investigating, but how did this happen? He tweeted, “This is unacceptable, please fix it immediately and send me the lens I ordered or refund my money.”
