The storm of controversy swirling around Ranveer Allahbadia’s eyebrow-raising remarks on India’s Got Latent has now dragged another popular platform into the fire. This time, it’s the Marathi YouTube sensation BhaDiPa (Bharatiya Digital Party), which is facing intense criticism over alleged ‘filthy’ and offensive content. Under mounting pressure, the channel’s founder, Sarang Sathaye, has made a dramatic move—cancelling an eagerly anticipated show.
In a shocking twist, Sathaye took to Instagram to break the news, revealing that the February 14 episode of Atishay Nirlajj Kande Pohe, featuring renowned actress Sai Tamhankar, has been axed. The cancellation comes amid escalating outrage, forcing the team to take precautionary measures.
“We regret to inform our fans that due to the ongoing controversy, we are postponing the February 14 episode of Atishay Nirlajj Kande Pohe. Anyway, Valentine’s Day gets more hate than love, but we still love our fans. We have taken this decision to ensure that neither our talent nor our audience faces any trouble,” the statement read, as per Free Press Journal.
As compensation for the sudden change of plans, Sathaye assured that ticket holders would receive refunds within 15 days.
In a major policy shift, BhaDiPa announced that all episodes of Atishay Nirlajj Kande Pohe will now be restricted to audiences aged 18 and above. However, Sathaye reassured fans that the rest of the channel’s content remains family-friendly.
This bombshell comes at a time when Ranveer Allahbadia—popularly known as BeerBiceps—is grappling with a severe backlash following a jaw-dropping moment on India’s Got Latent. During the show, he allegedly asked a contestant an inappropriate question about body parts and even made a scandalous proposal involving Rs 2 crore. The internet exploded when a particularly disturbing question surfaced: “Would you watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join once to stop it forever?”
Public outrage was immediate and intense. The video went viral in record time, drawing condemnation from social media users, politicians, and film personalities alike. To make matters worse, an FIR has been filed against Allahbadia, Samay Raina, and others, further fueling the controversy.
