Anand Mahindra reacts strongly as Pakistan spoils RajaMouli’s Indus Valley dreams

Since he won the Oscar Award for his film RRR, director SS Rajamouli has been in the spotlight. He is sometimes the topic of discussion for his next picture, and other times for his fantasy projects.

SS Rajamouli is recognized for creating movies on Indian history. He is well known for historical films like as “Baahubali: The Beginning,” “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion,” and the Oscar-winning “RRR.”

Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group, has now responded to Rajamouli’s tweet. The handle Desi Thug uploaded a snapshot of the ancient towns of the Indus Valley Civilization, including Harappa, Mohenjodaro, Dholavira, Lothal, Kalibanga, Banawali, Rakhigarhi, Surkotada, Chanhu Daro, and Rupar, on Twitter.

When Anand Mahindra asked Rajamouli to make a film on the IVC era, the RRR director responded with an anecdote. I told him I was working on a film on the Indus Valley Civilization, but it couldn’t be made because of Pakistan. This concept occurred to Rajamouli while he was filming ‘Megadheera,’ he said.

On Sunday, SS Rajamouli discussed one of his ideas on Twitter, saying, “I want to make a film about the Indus Valley Civilization, but this idea never materialized, and the reason for this is Pakistan’s neighboring country.” Rajamouli stated that he planned to produce a film about the Indus Valley Civilization but was unable to do so since he was not permitted to visit Mohenjodaro in Pakistan.

Later on Sunday, Anand Mahindra, tweeted about his vision for the Indus Valley Civilization era. He tweeted a photo of the Indus Valley Civilization’s ancient cities. Rajamouli’s post was retweeted. He also tagged SS Rajamouli and stated that he had asked that a film about the Indus Valley Civilization be made. The statement went on to say, ‘You should develop a film based on that era that will raise knowledge about that ancient civilisation all across the world.’
