he senior TV actress Rupali Ganguly aka Anupamaa has also entered the field of politics as today she joined the political party, Bharatiya Janata Party.
The news of Rupali Ganguly joining BJP was announced at a press conference which was held at BJP headquarters and it was attended by the actress herself and BJP leaders, Vinod Tawde and Anil Baluni. She has not confirmed whether she will be fighting the Lok Sabha elections or not but one thing is for sure that she has started a new innings of life.
While speaking to the media, Rupali Ganguly stated that she is a big fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In her words, “I am so honoured to be here. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has influenced me a lot. I am a big fan of PM Modi. BJP has been doing great work and therefore I wanted to join the BJP. I am very thankful to the party.”
