‘Bachavile.. Malik Ni Paisa Dede’: Anant Ambani Rescues Chickens from Poultry Van During Jamnagar-Dwarka Padayatra

During the Jamnagar-Dwarka Padayatra, Anant Ambani, the youngest son of business magnate Mukesh Ambani, captured hearts with a heartwarming act of kindness. Amidst the religious procession, Anant Ambani made headlines when he rescues chickens from a poultry van, spreading a powerful message of compassion and empathy.

As he walked along the sacred route, Anant Ambani noticed a poultry van parked nearby, carrying live chickens bound for slaughter. Without hesitation, he stepped in, offering money to the van driver and urging him to release the animals. His words, “Bachavile.. Malik Ni Paisa Dede” (Save them.. give him the money), resonated with onlookers as he ensured the chickens’ safety. This emotional moment quickly went viral on social media, highlighting Anant’s deep sense of responsibility for all living beings.

Anant’s act of kindness came during his 140-kilometre padayatra from Jamnagar to Dwarka, a deeply significant spiritual journey. This trek, part of a long tradition of religious pilgrimages, showcased his devotion and humility. He undertook the padayatra to reach the Dwarkadhish Temple in Dwarka and seek blessings before his birthday on April 10. By embarking on this journey, Anant not only honored his faith but also demonstrated a personal commitment to spiritual growth, reflecting the values passed down through generations in his family.

“I would like to tell the youth to have faith in Lord Dwarkadhish and remember Lord Dwarkadhish before doing any work, that work will definitely be completed without any obstacle and when God is present, there is nothing to worry about,” Anant Ambani stated to the news agency.

Anant Ambani, director of Reliance Industries Limited, is known for his deep love for animals. He founded Vantara, a large-scale animal rescue center at the Reliance Jamnagar Refinery Complex, providing sanctuary to rescued animals. Recently inaugurated by PM Modi, Vantara was honored with the ‘Prani Mitra’ National Award, India’s highest recognition in animal welfare, under the corporate category.
