Consuming food inside the metro is against the rules and regulations of the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (BMRCL) and interestingly, the video was shot by the friends of the violator and he also shared it himself. In the video, the friends of the violator who has been identified as Sunil Kumar were heard calling him an “uneducated youth” for breaking the rules of BMRCL but it had no effect on him and he kept enjoying his food and laughed as well.

Sunil Kumar works at a famous jewelry store in Jayanagar and he was tracked and caught by the metro authorities when he deboarded at the Jayanagar metro station. From there, he was taken to the police station where he not only paid the fine of Rs. 500 but also gave an undertaking as per which he won’t indulge in such actions again.

Here is the video:

This is the first time that BMRCL has taken action against any person because usually commuters follow the rules and regulations in a proper manner.
