Long flights, bus rides, or car journeys can often lead to discomfort and fatigue, particularly in the feet. Additionally, sitting for long periods can lead to joint stiffness, muscle tightness, fluid stagnation and issues with other organ systems like digestion, metabolism, and dehydration Understanding the need for mobility and circulation, she shares her routine and simple leg exercises, and stretches that help combat these issues.

In the video, Bhagyashree demonstrates several exercises that can be easily performed during travel to alleviate foot pain.
