After recently celebrating host Salman Khan’s birthday, the contestants of Bigg Boss 18 are gearing up to ring in the New Year with style and humor. As the finale race intensifies, the housemates will take a break from the competition to enjoy some light-hearted moments, courtesy of comedian Munawar Faruqui.
In a newly released promo, Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui makes a special appearance, bringing his signature wit and humor to the show. The comedian takes aim at contestants Karan Veer Mehra and Rajat Dalal, leaving everyone in splits with his hilarious roasts.
The promo captures the housemates relaxing in the garden area as Munawar promises non-stop laughter. He kicks off with a jab at Rajat, quipping, “Rajat bhai, ye aapko jitna U-turn bol le, ye bache hai, inhone abhi tak aapki driving nahi dekhi.” His comment draws roaring laughter from the housemates.
Munawar then shifts his focus to Karan Veer Mehra, teasing him about his rumored romance with Chum Darang. “Karan bhai, North-East India mein ek state hai,” he begins, prompting the housemates to respond, “Arunachal.” Munawar retorts, “Nahi, sasural,” sparking another round of laughter. He continues, “India ke states bhi na ussi naam se pechaane jayenge. Karan ka sasural 1, Karan ka sasural 2…”
Karan joins in on the fun, poking fun at himself with, “Birthday ki tarah shaadiyan mana raha hu.” This self-deprecating humor references Karan’s previous marriages to Devika Mehra and Nidhi Seth, both of which ended in separation.
The makers of the show shared the promo with fans, captioning it: “New Year celebrations mein lagega chaar chaand jab Munawar banenge host aur comedy ke saath karenge gharwalon ko zabardast roast!”
