At a Noida party, six people, including Elvish, were charged with giving snake venom under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC. Five of the six accused were arrested, and Elvish was questioned.
People for Animals (PFA) lured the arrestees to a banquet hall in Sector 51 for a party, where they rescued nine snakes.
Police said the FIR was filed under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and for criminal conspiracy after PFA accused six individuals, including Yadav, of partying at a Sector 51 banquet hall with snake venom.
Police identified those arrested as Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45) of Moharband hamlet in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur.
Elvish again made headlines after slapping a man in a Jaipur restaurant. The incident’s footage and Elvish’s explanation audio became viral on social media.
