According to reports, Elvish Yadav shot videos on YouTube and Instagram using the snakes. It is said that attendees of the rave events, which reportedly included international visitors, stole the snake venom.
According to the police, five persons have been detained in Noida for allegedly providing snakes and their venom to rave events hosted by social media star Elvish Yadav. The five men informed the police, these gatherings were hosted at several farmhouses in Delhi and the surrounding areas.
Six persons, including Elvish Yadav, are named in the First Information Report, or FIR, according to officials. “Five of the six accused have been taken into custody, however, Elvish Yadav has not been arrested yet,” they stated.
Officials stated that the accused had nine snakes five of them were cobras and snake venom retrieved from him. The snakes have now been sent to the Forest Department. Following a complaint from an animal welfare NGO, the Noida police stormed a rave party in Sector 49 of Noida late Friday evening and made the arrests.
They would reportedly capture snakes from various locations in the area and extract their venom, which they then sold to Elvish Yadav for a hefty sum. “They used to collect a hefty sum of money for supplying the venom at parties,” according to cops. After winning ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ Season 2 earlier this year, Elvish Yadav gained enormous popularity.
