There is a lot which needs to be done in regard to improving the corporate work culture in India because there are few companies where hectic work schedule, long working hours, etc. are common practices but for the first time, we have come across an incident in which the employees are locked inside the office as the boss doesn’t want anyone to leave without his permission.
A video is going viral on the Internet in which the security guard of the company is seen locking the main door and the person who has recorded the video asks him as to why he is locking the door. During the conversation, it came into light that the name of the company is Coding Ninjas.
The video has been posted by the Twitter user who captioned it with, “Indian edtech founders are now literally locking in their employees. Get the hell out of this country. Nowhere else would anyone dare to pull off something like this.”
