One of the most awaited encounters of the cricket world, India-Pakistan match which was played yesterday in the Asia Cup 2023 once again got spoiled due to rain and left fans highly disappointed. Though a reserve day has been kept for the match yet today’s weather is also not looking good for the game as it has been raining since morning in Colombo.
Yesterday, the toss was won by Pakistan and it decided to bowl first, the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma (56 runs) and Shubman Gill (58 runs) gave a good start to the Indian team as they stitched a partnership of 121 runs for the first wicket. However, the game was interrupted in the 24th over due to rain and didn’t resume as rains didn’t stop. Today, the match will start from where it was stopped yesterday but things look pretty bleak at the moment in this regard.
