According to a Times of India article, Zomato CEO and co-founder Deepinder Goyal has acquired a spacious 10,813-square-foot apartment in Gurgaon’s ultra-wealthy DLF Camellias. According to reports, it is one of the nation’s most upscale residential areas.
According to reports, Goyal’s flat, which is worth Rs 52.3 crore, is situated on the fifth level of Tower 1 in the Camellias. Five parking spots are included with this. The Hindustan Times reports that Rs 3.66 crore in stamp duty was paid.
The price per square foot is Rs 48,390, making it one of the priciest deals in India’s real estate market. The buyer’s agreement was made in April 2022; however, the conveyance deed was formally registered on 17 March 2025.
This is not Goyal’s first purchase, according to reports. He owns an opulent home in the Delhi NCR area. In February of last year, the Shark Tank India star also paid Rs 50 crore for a land in the Mehruali neighborhood of Delhi.
